The below information applies to our location in Jacksonville, Florida:
Operating hours will be modified temporarily to allow for thorough cleaning and disinfecting of the gyms overnight.
Monday: 5 am – 9 pm
Tuesday: 5 am – 9 pm
Wednesday: 5 am – 9 pm
Thursday: 5 am – 9 pm
Friday: 5 am – 9 pm
Saturday: 7 am – 4 pm
Sunday: 7 am – 4 pm
Masks and Gloves
In accordance with local regulations, members are required to wear a mask at all times while in the gym, except when vigorously exercising. Members are also required to wear gloves at all times. All Blink employees will be wearing masks and gloves at all times.
We will be taking the temperatures of our members and our employees as they enter the gym. Consistent with local guidelines, any member or employee with a temperature of 100.4°F or higher will not be given access to the gym.
Gym Amenities and Programming
In accordance with local guidelines, Group Fitness classes, and showers will be temporarily unavailable. There will also be limited access to lockers.
We’ve reorganized gym layouts to further support local guidelines for social distancing. To keep members 6 feet apart, some cardio machines will be unavailable for use.
Building on our already strong cleaning standards and consistent with local guidelines, we highly recommend members disinfect equipment before and after each use.
While gyms will initially reopen at 50% capacity or less based on local guidelines and feedback from members regarding reopening plans, Blink does not expect this reduced capacity will impact access to the gym or require members to wait for access. The potential for waiting for access increases during the gym's peak hours. Please call your gym for specific capacity restrictions.
PT clients with a scheduled appointment will have priority entry into the gym and should immediately proceed to see the greeter at the gym entrance or the Mood Lifters at the front desk to gain immediate access.
If you paid monthly membership dues for March 19 - March 31 when your gym was closed, we will be adding a credit (equal to 13 days) to your account. If you have a paid-in-full membership, we will be extending your agreement for the number of days the gym was closed.
Billing will resume on a normal schedule when the gym reopens (unless you choose to refreeze your membership). We will prorate membership dues for the remaining days in May and include this with your next month’s dues. Dues will be billed on June 1st.
