The below is a general summary of Blink’s Personal Training Membership agreement cancellation terms. Additional cancellation terms may be applicable based on state law. Please see your Blink Personal Training Membership Agreement for all Terms and Conditions regarding personal training cancellation.
IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION RIGHTS:
CONSUMER’S RIGHT TO CANCELLATION. YOU MAY CANCEL YOUR BLINK CONTRACT WITHOUT ANY PENALTY OR FURTHER OBLIGATION WITHIN THREE (3) DAYS FROM THE AGREEMENT START DATE DEPENDING ON STATE LAW (FIVE (5) DAYS FOR CA MEMBERS).
When you cancel under your Consumer Right to Cancellation, all monies paid by you will be refunded.
STANDARD CANCELLATION TERMS:
A request for cancellation must be submitted at least 10 days prior to your next designated billing date to avoid additional billing. Blink will use your payment source on file to process your final payment if one is owed based on your billing date. If you have an outstanding balance at the time of cancellation, that balance will not be billed with your cancellation payments but will follow Blink’s standard rebilling and collections process.
HOW TO CANCEL:
To exercise any of these cancellation rights you must send your request to cancel to Blink by one of the acceptable cancellation methods. Blink accepts requests for cancellation online via our member portal. If you do not have an account, you can create one by clicking “Register.” Blink also accepts cancellation requests by personal delivery of a written notice at any club at which you are a member; or sending a written notice by certified mail, return receipt requested, to Blink Fitness Member Services, 386 Park Ave S, 11th Floor, New York, New York 10016.
If you fail to provide sufficient information for Blink to find your membership your cancellation request will not be processed and your personal training agreement will remain active.

If you are currently on freeze, your personal training membership agreement will be unfrozen to process your cancellation.
If you have any Personal Training Sessions remaining you can use those sessions as long as you remain a member at Blink. Sessions are non-refundable but never expire. They can be scheduled at your convenience by contacting your home gym directly.
